As Raúl Salas says: “You know, when we help a client to buy a house, we behave as if it were ours! Raúl Salas (born in 1969, Zamora, Spain), graduated in Economics and Management from the University of Salamanca, specializing in corporate management.
Raúl held various corporate responsibilities that gave him a deep understanding on how to assess and best satisfy clients’ needs with taylor-made approach. Each client indeed requires a specific attention: “empathy” is truly the name of the game to meet the expectations of clients who decide to implement long-term real estate investment.
With this in mind, in 2008, Raúl’s entrepreneurship spirit led him to set up Suavis Domus ®, which quickly became one of the leading real estate agencies in the Province of Zamora.
In a very competitive market, Suavis Domus’ ® success has been driven by Raul’s core values, based on good governance and transparency, with utmost focus on clients’ long-term capital protection and value optimization.
Pedro (born in Zamora, 1972) graduated in Industrial Engineering from the University of Salamanca. He held various jobs in the area of infrastructure and logistics both in Europe and in Africa.
His international experience enhanced his expertise in human resources management, complex industrial project management, and contract negotiation, while striving to never compromise ethical values and good governance stance.
In 2007, Pedro joined Raúl Salas to set up Suavis Domus ® jointly, bringing his international experience in the real estate market, and focusing on developing the firm’s client base regionally, nationally and internationally.
